About Student Scholarships
The B.C.C.U. #2 Academic Foundation has been entrusted with awarding the following college scholarships to graduating B.C.C.U. #2 High School Seniors:
- James & Thelma Keaster Scholarship
- Sara Cunningham Memorial Scholarship
- Jan Nevinger Memorial Scholarship
- Mabel & Roger Riedemann Scholarship
- Ralph & Audrey Broom Scholarship
- Dottie Corn Memorial Scholarship
- Art Bollinger Memorial Scholarship
Selection criteria vary and amounts range from $500.00 to $6,000.00. Scholarships are awarded during the Senior Awards Night Ceremony each Spring. Application forms and more information are available in the high school guidance office.
The B.C.C.U. #2 Academic Foundation also oversees the Baumberger Aviation Scholarship which is offered to any B.C.C.U. #2 High School student interested in an aviation career. The scholarship pays for a portion of ground and flight school. This advanced training has proven beneficial to those receiving this award as they embark on an aviation career.
